TOWNSHIP OF SPRINGFIELD BOARD OF
THE BOARD OF EDUCATION CONDUCTED A PUBLIC REVIEW OF OFAC CASE
#SIU-010-15 AN ALLEDGED NEW
JERSEY ASSESSMENT OF SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE BREACH PURSUANT TO N.J.A.C.
WHEREAS, the Board of Education received a copy of
the findings of an investigation into a breach of testing administration in the
2014 New Jersey Assessment of Skills and Knowledge (NJASK) Grade 3 at its
meeting held on June 21, 2016; and
WHEREAS, the Chief School Administrator provided a
detailed overview of the investigative process and findings; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Education finds no reason to
promulgate a corrective action pal or contest or appeal any findings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township of
Springfield Board of Education, County of Burlington, State of New Jersey, that
the Board of Education acknowledges receipt and review of said report; and
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED the a certified copy
of this Resolution shall be sent, within ten (10) days of adoption, to the New
Jersey Department of Education, Office if Fiscal Accountability and Compliance
and that the findings shall be posted on the Springfield Township School
District website. As a result of the investigation, the OFAC concluded the allegations made were unsubstantiated and the staff member involved did not breach the security and confidentiality of the 2014 NJ ASK 3.
